Do you need a credit card to make a reservation?

If you book online or by telephone, we need a credit card in order to secure your reservation. We will NOT charge your card until the day of your tour. However, on tour day, you can use a different form of payment. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover Card, ATM and NAZ gift certificates.

Often tour members split the cost at our office and pay accordingly.

Are you open all year?

Yes. We are open. Tour times vary depending on the season, dates and weekends.

How long are the zipline tours?

Average tour should take 2 1/2hours depending on group sizes.

Are there any weight/age restrictions?

Yes – minimum age is 8 years old but all children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must co-sign the individual’s waiver form prior to tour.

Do I need to sign a waiver form?

Yes. All guests will be required to sign a waiver prior to tour. Guests under the age of 19 will need a parent/guardian to sign their waiver.

Can you accommodate disabilities?

We will do everything we can to ensure you are able to zip. We have accommodated elderly people, blind people, people with difficulty walking, people with all sorts of challenges. Contact us and we will do all we can to help.

Do I need to make a reservation?

We strongly recommend that you call or go online to book a reservation. We accept walk-ins but cannot guarantee that there will be room available at that particular time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For groups of 10 or more we require a 72 hour cancellation prior to the tour date.

Will tours be cancelled if it rains?

No. We run tours rain or shine!

What should I wear?

Dress according to weather conditions the day of your tour. Make sure you are in comfortable clothing and wear closed toe shoes – no sandals, flip-flops or heels. If it is raining the day of your tour, we recommend you bring a rain jacket.

Can I just Zip the First Line (Partial Tour)?

Depending on the group size our tours will last approximately 2 ½ hours and includes 10 zip lines. You can end your tour after the first line but would not receive a refund.

Can I bring my own harness or helmet?

No. Due to safety regulations we provide all of the equipment you will need to do a zip tour. If you wish to wear goggles, you can bring those along but it is not necessary!

Can I bring a backpack?

No backpacks are permitted to be taken while on tour.

Can I bring a camera?

Absolutely! Make sure you are able to secure it around your wrist or neck while you are zipping. However, if your camera is damaged or lost while on tour NAZ cannot be held responsible for replacing or repairing it.

How do I get to the first Zip platform?

You will have a short Eco Hike up the hill to the first line (approx. 5 to 10 minutes)!

How many lines do you zip?

We have 10 ziplines in total, ranging from approximately 300ft to 2500ft in length

How do you stop on the zip line?

Each guest will be provided with a brake glove to use while on tour. Before the tour takes place training will be provided to show how to use this brake glove. Also, there are brake pads located at the end of each line along with a tour guide to receive you.

How high are the zip lines from the ground?

Our zip lines vary in height. Heights range from approximately 50 feet to 250 feet.
